Job Description:

Remote | Full-time | Vacation Rental & Hospitality Industry

Ever wanted a front-row seat to how a fast-scaling, institutional-backed hospitality platform actually gets built? This is it.

Our client is on a mission to become one of North America's leading premium vacation rental platforms — think beautiful homes across Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York, Texas, and Arizona, backed by serious capital and an ambitious growth plan (aiming to surpass $250M in Gross Booking Revenue by 2030).

They're building out a modern, AI-powered business development team — and they want someone hungry, curious, and ready to learn fast.

What you'll actually be doing

  • Hunting down and connecting with premium homeowners who could bring their properties into the portfolio
  • Building real relationships with brokers, developers, designers, and real estate pros who can send referrals your way
  • Running market research to scout the next big expansion markets
  • Using AI tools to supercharge your prospecting, outreach, and CRM game
  • Helping shape the actual playbooks and workflows the whole team will use as they scale

Why this role doesn't suck

  • Direct visibility with senior leadership — this isn't a role where you disappear into a spreadsheet. You'll have real exposure to how a multi-brand hospitality business is built, funded, and expanded.
  • Built for growth, not just a paycheck — this is explicitly designed as a launching pad. Do well, and there's a clear path to move up fast.
  • Base + commission — your hustle directly shows up in your paycheck through meetings sourced and deals closed.
  • You don't need a perfect resume — they care way more about grit, curiosity, and follow-through than pedigree.

You might be a great fit if you...

  • Have 0–3 years of experience in BD, sales, hospitality, real estate, consulting, or recruiting (recent grads with solid internships — you're welcome here too)
  • Love talking to people and aren't afraid of outbound
  • Are naturally organized and can juggle a lot of moving relationships/details at once
  • Already use AI tools in your day-to-day and want to get even sharper with them
  • Get excited about hospitality, real estate, and tech intersecting

Bonus points if you've dabbled in HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator — but no worries if not, they'll teach you.

Bachelor's degree preferred, but what matters most is what you've built, led, or hustled for — a job, a side project, a club you ran. Show us that.
